How to become Healthy Homes compliant?
Our Betta Property Compliance team will help you to minimise your risk by completing your Healthy Homes assessment. Taupo landlords and property managers need to ensure their property meets the Healthy Homes standards throughout a rental period as outlined by tenancy.govt.nz
Following our inspection, expect your Healthy Homes report within 24 hours of completion of inspection. Results are available through Tenancy Portal Services (TPS) for Property and Facility Managers.

Based in Taupō, Garry is backed up by his wife, Kerry, working as a team.
Garry is a fully qualified building inspector with over 38 years of experience having worked in the building industry and run his own business until he put away his tools to travel another path with Betta Group. First becoming a Building Inspector, Garry expanded across the three brands including Asbestos Consultancy and Property Compliance.
With his depth of experience, Garry strives to give the best of his knowledge and back up service to all of his clients.
