How to become Healthy Homes compliant?
Our Betta Property Compliance team will help you to minimise your risk by completing your Healthy Homes assessment. Mid-West Coast landlords and property managers need to ensure their property meets the Healthy Homes standards throughout a rental period as outlined by tenancy.govt.nz
Following our inspection, expect your Healthy Homes report within 24 hours of completion of inspection. Results are available through Tenancy Portal Services (TPS) for Property and Facility Managers.

About Steve & Helen
Steve has an extensive background in the building and property sector having been a qualified builder for over 30 years. He is a certified property inspector that can also provide methamphetamine testing, Healthy Homes, tenancy, and end of tenancy inspections.
Steve’s wife, Helen, works alongside him as a certified Betta Building Compliance Inspector. Helen manages the administrative side of the business.
Outside of work, Helen and Steve enjoy spending time on their lifestyle block and keeping fit.
