About Dave

Dave has worked in the building industry and has been associated with the property market since leaving college. At the age of twenty-two become a self-employed builder in the Tararua district completing new builds. Approximately thirty years ago he started an assessing company, assessing storm and fire damaged buildings however over the last fourteen years has specialised in assessing and managing building guarantee claims. This experience coupled with his property passion ensures that all his clients are well managed and provided with a great service. Dave has recently relocated from Tauranga to Feilding where he enjoys gardening and fly fishing.
